Listen To "Wake Me Up" By Remy Ma and Lil' Kim

Back in September TKS reported that Remy Ma and Lil' Kim were spotted in the studio cooking up a new track and last month the two were creating a music video for the track. The collaboration song with the New York emcees "Wake Me Up" just dropped today with a sample from Lil' Kim 1996 song "Queen Bitch" from her debut album Hardcore. Listen below:

Soon as I heard the "Queen Bitch" sample, I was sold! I love the bass added on it and how Remy even remixed some of Kim's lyrics. Basically she was humble enough to pay homage to the original Queen Bee. Kim could have brought it a lot more on her verse, but overall I'm diggin' this song. Didn't I tell y'all it seems like the old school female rappers and emcees are the only ones who genuinely want to work together? Mmhm, chile.
